One-year rotational software engineering program for emerging engineers. Participants rotate across frontend, backend, DevOps, and other teams; write production code; build scalable web applications; complete technical and soft-skills training; and deliver a customer-facing capstone feature. The program provides mentorship and broad experience with Java, ReactJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Ruby, and CI/CD. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline by May/June 2027, or equivalent relevant experience, is required.

Serves as the strategic HR advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders in a high-growth SaaS environment. Responsibilities include talent reviews, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, change management, complex employee relations, compensation and sales incentive advising, workforce analytics, and cross-functional people-program implementation.

Convert inbound leads and free-trial users into paying customers through high-volume outbound calls. Conduct discovery calls, assess prospects’ marketing needs, advise small businesses, and close new customer sales. The role requires strong communication, commercial drive, KPI focus, and enthusiasm for helping businesses grow with digital marketing solutions.
