Employment litigation associate handling discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, and court or arbitration matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related claims. The role also includes client advice and counsel support, legal research, writing, analysis, and managing multiple matters independently and collaboratively. Candidates must have significant labor and employment law experience and Massachusetts bar licensure.

Represent clients in labor and employment matters: draft/respond to discovery and initial pleadings, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions. Manage multiple projects, work independently and on teams, and maintain strong writing and analytical skills. Must have prior labor and employment experience and active Texas bar admission.

Handle employment litigation matters including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Manage multiple projects, produce strong written and analytical work, and collaborate with team members while working primarily from the Jacksonville office.
