Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and assigned areas, operate dishwashing and pot wash, manage equipment and supplies, dispose of waste, report breakages and faults, follow safety and emergency procedures, support energy-efficiency and environmental standards, and adhere to hotel appearance and conduct codes.

Produce and edit training videos and design engaging learning materials (presentations, infographics, manuals). Upload modules to the LMS, create product knowledge resources, assist QA audits, proofread digital/printed collateral, support management projects, and contribute ideas to improve employee learning and quality awareness across the resort.

The Quality Manager will establish quality management systems, conduct audits, analyze data, train staff, and ensure compliance with international standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
