The Entertainer will manage recreational activities, maintain facilities, support events, and provide musical performances, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Welcomes spa guests, manages treatment reservations and telephone inquiries, recommends treatments and retail products, processes billing, serves welcome drinks, maintains client histories, handles complaints and incidents, and coordinates with spa and resort departments. The role requires organized, polished, multilingual customer service and adherence to spa procedures, grooming standards, and service expectations.

Maintains kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, equipment supplies, dishwashing, pot washing, waste disposal, inventories, and equipment storage. Reports breakages, faults, repairs, and service issues while following environmental, safety, fire, hygiene, appearance, and conduct standards. Supports efficient hotel operations and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
