The Financial Controller oversees hotel financial operations, including accounting records, statutory reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis. The role manages the Finance Department, recruits and develops staff, controls costs, supports strategic decisions, and liaises with hotel management, auditors, banks, tax authorities, and corporate finance.

The Accountant maintains financial records, processes invoices, receipts, payments, and journals, and handles accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. The role supports month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, statutory and tax reporting, audits, and discrepancy resolution. The position also liaises with suppliers, customers, banks, and auditors while ensuring compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, recruitment reporting, and onboarding transitions. The role also manages international employee work permits and employment authorizations, maintains recruitment records, supports employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives, and ensures compliance, confidentiality, and a positive candidate experience.
