Supports kitchen operations by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; completing mise-en-place; maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workstation standards; handling storage and stock rotation; assisting with deliveries; and collaborating with senior chefs and kitchen teams in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Provides day-to-day HR support across the hotel employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee relations, attendance and leave administration, performance management, learning and development, engagement, welfare, reporting, and compliance. Acts as a confidential point of contact for employees and managers while supporting HR policies, employment legislation, and a positive workplace culture.

Supervises hotel stewarding operations, including staff assignments, scheduling, cleaning, sanitation, equipment storage, inventory, requisitions, banquet setup and clearing, chemical usage, and maintenance of par stocks. Ensures hygiene, safety, discipline, equipment security, and compliance with hotel procedures while coordinating with food and beverage outlets and engineering. Supports staff training, reporting, and employee relations.
