Welcome and consult guests, manage spa reservations and billing using spa software, serve welcome drinks, recommend retail products, follow SOPs, handle complaints, maintain client records, coordinate with departments, participate in trainings, and present professional grooming and punctuality.

Oversees daily front office operations, staff supervision, training and appraisals, guest relations and complaint resolution, cashiering spot checks, room inventory coordination with housekeeping, reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, and promoting hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Produce and edit training videos and design engaging learning materials (presentations, infographics, manuals). Upload modules to the LMS, create product knowledge resources, assist QA audits, proofread digital/printed collateral, support management projects, and contribute ideas to improve employee learning and quality awareness across the resort.
