Operates vitamin manufacturing equipment and weighs, measures, and transports ingredients according to work-order specifications. Responsibilities include machine operation, tank temperature control, equipment calibration checks, production documentation, pallet jack and forklift operation, sanitation, food safety, quality compliance, and safe work practices. The role requires accurate handling of raw materials, computerized systems, and production records in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Maintains, diagnoses, repairs, and improves production equipment and utility systems, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to service calls, supports production line setups, analyzes failures, documents interventions, and contributes to equipment reliability improvements and capital projects. Works with engineering, production supervisors, and operations while following safety procedures.

Operates bottling equipment for gummy products during the night shift. Responsibilities include feeding bottles and caps, inspecting packaging and labels, adjusting machinery, moving product with pallet jacks, transferring gummies to conveyors, removing defective pieces, weighing rejects, completing production documentation, preparing cases and pallets, and cleaning production areas and equipment. A high school diploma is required; GMP experience is an asset.

Lead automation projects from requirements to commissioning: author URS/specs, plan CAPEX, design and integrate PLC/HMI/VFD systems, develop and validate PLC programs, support maintenance on complex automation issues, ensure machine safety, validation, backups and industrial cybersecurity, and produce technical documentation and standards.

Lead capital engineering and continuous improvement across high-volume manufacturing. Manage multi-site projects, suppliers, budgets and KPIs; ensure regulatory (FDA/ISO/CMDR) compliance; deploy Lean/Kaizen practices; develop teams and execute a three-year capital plan, with up to 50% travel and bilingual communication.
