Perform troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utility systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, steam, compressed air, purified water). Respond to service calls, support production setups, document interventions, collaborate with supervisors and engineering, implement reliability improvements, and support CAPEX/new client projects. Weekend day-shift schedule (12-hour Saturdays and Sundays) with additional weekday hours.

Weigh, measure and prepare ingredients (vitamins, flavors, colors), operate and monitor production equipment (mixers, cooking tanks, Mogul), complete and maintain work orders and production records, perform calibration, sanitation, safe material handling (pallet jack/forklift), ensure product quality and follow safety and GMP procedures.

Serve as the main client-facing project manager for commercial projects: prepare proposals, manage orders and CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve issues, update systems, generate reports, ensure quality and timely delivery, and support pharma and VMS departments.

Lead automation projects from requirements to commissioning: author URS/specs, plan CAPEX, design and integrate PLC/HMI/VFD systems, develop and validate PLC programs, support maintenance on complex automation issues, ensure machine safety, validation, backups and industrial cybersecurity, and produce technical documentation and standards.
