Responsibilities include developing publisher-focused advisory propositions, strengthening market positioning, and contributing to thought leadership across software compliance, licensing, security, renewals, and optimization.

Own a high-volume portfolio of software license compliance engagements from outreach through closure. Onboard licensees to an audit platform, manage follow-up, resolve questions, verify submissions, prepare findings, maintain engagement records, and produce program reporting. The role requires disciplined execution, client communication, escalation judgment, and process improvement. Senior Associates handle sensitive accounts, review supporting staff’s work, and provide backup program leadership.

Manage global software license and royalty compliance audits from planning through reporting. Lead data analysis, client interviews, deliverable preparation, project milestones, and cross-functional engagements. Advise clients on licensing risks, process improvements, and audit methodologies while supervising, mentoring, and recruiting staff. Build client relationships, support sales pursuits, develop operational policies, and manage multiple projects across international teams and time zones.

Manages global royalty and license compliance audits, including planning, execution, resource allocation, KPI and budget management, data analysis, deliverable review, and client liaison responsibilities. Supervises, coaches, and recruits audit professionals; develops client relationships and supports sales pursuits. The role also contributes to process improvements, operational policies, and strategic initiatives while working across international clients, licensees, teams, and time zones.

The Manager will oversee audits for clients, perform data analysis, manage project deliverables, supervise staff, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance and identifying new opportunities.

Support and/or manage royalty compliance audits: plan, execute and report audits, compile and analyze data, test products, interview licensee staff, and coordinate multi-region teams. May require up to 50% domestic/international travel.
