Support and/or manage royalty compliance audits: plan, execute and report audits, compile and analyze data, test products, interview licensee staff, and coordinate multi-region teams. May require up to 50% domestic/international travel.

Provide day-to-day IT and general operations support: handle helpdesk requests, onboard/offboard employees, configure laptops and software, manage hardware inventory and data security, deliver network security training, and perform administrative tasks. Role requires working from the Hyderabad office four days per week.

The Manager will oversee audits for clients, perform data analysis, manage project deliverables, supervise staff, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance and identifying new opportunities.
