Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for assigned markets. Responsibilities include product positioning, messaging, market and competitive research, sales enablement, demand generation, product demonstrations, marketing performance analysis, stakeholder alignment, and launch planning. The role partners cross-functionally with product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams to identify customer needs, communicate product value, support expansion into new markets, and improve product commercialization outcomes.

Leads a global Product Management team responsible for integrated platforms, product strategy, requirements, lifecycle management, and timely product releases. Partners with customers, engineering, marketing, sales, executives, and strategic providers to define market needs, prioritize initiatives, improve user experiences, and deliver software solutions. Manages and develops product managers, oversees cross-functional execution, supports go-to-market activities, and represents the company at customer and industry events.

Provides technical support to software partners through email, phone, chat, cases, and remote sessions. Diagnoses and resolves product issues, monitors service failures, documents troubleshooting, maintains knowledge bases, escalates defects and urgent incidents, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The role also evaluates partner business challenges, communicates product updates, and recommends solutions using documented best practices.
