Own planning, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, reporting, resource allocation, adoption milestones, kickoffs, handoffs, and escalation management. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, platform adoption, and transition to Partner Success.
