Manage the bank’s insurance program for new and existing loans, supervising the Insurance Team and ensuring hazard, flood, PMI, and force-placed coverage is accurate and compliant. Review insurance documentation, escrows, vendor reports, premiums, refunds, and agency payments. Work with clients and loan officers to resolve coverage issues, communicate force-placement requirements, maintain procedures, and deliver strong customer service.

Analyzes the creditworthiness of new and existing SBA loans through financial statement, cash flow, collateral, risk rating, and trend analysis. Identifies policy exceptions and credit risks, prepares written loan recommendations and financial ratio spreads, supports annual loan reviews, and participates in Loan Committee meetings while ensuring compliance with SBA procedures and banking regulations.

Own and optimize two HubSpot environments, marketing automation campaigns, lead lifecycle management, customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, engagement scoring, and advanced reporting. Use HubL, HubSpot Breeze AI, analytics, advertising platforms, and multi-touch attribution to improve campaign execution, conversions, customer engagement, and revenue while maintaining brand integrity.

Analyzes and underwrites commercial and industrial loan proposals, evaluates borrower financial statements, collateral, credit risks, trends, and policy exceptions, and prepares approval recommendations. Supports annual loan reviews, monitors borrower financial statement submissions, orders flood searches, and mentors junior credit analysts. Requires C&I credit experience, credit training, accounting and credit knowledge, familiarity with banking regulations, and understanding of loan structures. nCino experience is preferred.

Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies to identify, engage, and recruit candidates. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, defining job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, building talent pipelines, promoting the employment brand, and recommending innovative recruiting tools and practices.

Processes participation loan transactions, including payments, credits, advances, wires, rate changes, and account maintenance. Posts mailed and lockbox payments, reviews maintenance reports, processes loan requests, balances transactions to the Loan Control GL, obtains advance approvals, and handles address changes and ACH transfers. Requires participation loan processing experience, knowledge of loan documentation, banking products, and applicable federal regulations.

Represents the bank in commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan closings. Reviews and finalizes loan documentation, advises on federal and state banking regulations, protects the bank’s interests, supports lending and closing teams, monitors legal developments, and assists with banking policies and corporate governance. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, judgment, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.

Investigates AML and customer due diligence alerts, reviews transactions and accounts for suspicious activity, prepares SAR investigations, conducts enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients, develops statistical reports, performs compliance reviews, and helps maintain BSA/AML procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Administer, maintain, and improve the bank's HRIS and related HR technologies. Ensure data integrity, support upgrades and integrations, produce HR reports and analytics, streamline HR processes through automation, lead HR systems projects, and provide training and documentation for managers and employees.

Lead employee relations and talent programs, advise and coach managers on complex HR issues, conduct investigations, support onboarding/offboarding, implement performance and succession initiatives, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and recommend policy improvements to enhance employee experience.

Develop and maintain strong banking relationships to secure new clients. Prospect, network, and work with referral sources to sell deposit, small business lending, and cash management products. Manage applications through underwriting to closing, ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations, provide high-quality client service, and conduct sales presentations to prospects and community groups.

The Innovation Business Analyst will enhance ConnectOne Bank's innovation strategy by translating business needs into actionable solutions, coordinating between various teams and assessing emerging technology opportunities.
