Represents the bank in commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan closings. Reviews and finalizes loan documentation, advises on federal and state banking regulations, protects the bank’s interests, supports lending and closing teams, monitors legal developments, and assists with banking policies and corporate governance. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, judgment, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.

Investigates AML and customer due diligence alerts, reviews transactions and accounts for suspicious activity, prepares SAR investigations, conducts enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients, develops statistical reports, performs compliance reviews, and helps maintain BSA/AML procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Administer, maintain, and improve the bank's HRIS and related HR technologies. Ensure data integrity, support upgrades and integrations, produce HR reports and analytics, streamline HR processes through automation, lead HR systems projects, and provide training and documentation for managers and employees.

Lead employee relations and talent programs, advise and coach managers on complex HR issues, conduct investigations, support onboarding/offboarding, implement performance and succession initiatives, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and recommend policy improvements to enhance employee experience.

Develop and maintain strong banking relationships to secure new clients. Prospect, network, and work with referral sources to sell deposit, small business lending, and cash management products. Manage applications through underwriting to closing, ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations, provide high-quality client service, and conduct sales presentations to prospects and community groups.

Manage and deepen commercial client relationships, generate new business, drive branch deposits and profitability, represent the bank in the community, resolve client issues, manage cross-company partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare regular reports and plans.

Manage and optimize marketing automation and MarTech for ConnectOne, executing campaigns in HubSpot, mapping complex customer journeys, driving lead lifecycle and segmentation, leveraging AI-driven personalization, A/B testing, and multi-source reporting to improve conversion and engagement.

The Innovation Business Analyst will enhance ConnectOne Bank's innovation strategy by translating business needs into actionable solutions, coordinating between various teams and assessing emerging technology opportunities.
