Supports marketing operations by coordinating product launches, digital channels, website content, campaigns, collateral, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyzes campaign performance, conversions, and attribution data; develops reporting and recommendations; manages marketing automation and nurture campaigns; and creates internal and external communications materials. The role also partners with Digital and Operations teams and contributes to product committees and marketing strategy.

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling, implementing, and supporting cash management products for business and corporate clients. Duties include client onboarding, pricing negotiations, fee-income tracking, risk and cost-benefit analysis, product support, and collaboration with FIS and Deposit Operations. Requires expertise in cash management services, banking regulations, strong communication skills, and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Architects and builds scalable data infrastructure, including AWS-based pipelines, data models, and secure data warehouses. Develops Airflow pipelines across S3 and Redshift, transforms data with dbt, integrates third-party and transactional data sources, optimizes queries, and implements data quality controls. Serves as a data architecture subject matter expert, establishes engineering best practices, troubleshoots complex failures, and translates stakeholder analytics needs into reliable technical solutions.
