Develop and maintain strong banking relationships to secure new clients. Prospect, network, and work with referral sources to sell deposit, small business lending, and cash management products. Manage applications through underwriting to closing, ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations, provide high-quality client service, and conduct sales presentations to prospects and community groups.

Underwrite and document commercial credit requests by analyzing financial statements, collateral, and credit risk; prepare written recommendations and ratio analyses; assist annual loan reviews; mentor junior analysts; monitor borrower financials and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage and deepen commercial client relationships, generate new business, drive branch deposits and profitability, represent the bank in the community, resolve client issues, manage cross-company partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare regular reports and plans.
