Teams at Connecticut Health Foundation

The Controller oversees accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, investments, budgeting, payroll, benefits, vendor contracts, and risk management for a private foundation. This role leads financial operations, internal controls, audit and tax filings, FP&A, payroll and HR administration, and operational improvements while partnering with executive leadership and the Board. The Controller also manages banking, investment custodians, insurance relationships, and staff development.
