The Connecticut Health Foundation (CT Health) is an independent, nonprofit philanthropic foundation based in Hartford, Connecticut, created in 1999 following ConnectiCare's conversion from nonprofit to for-profit status. It is dedicated to achieving health equity by improving health outcomes for people of color and ensuring all Connecticut residents have access to affordable, high-quality care through grantmaking, public policy, research, convening, and leadership development.
