Coordinates customer deliveries, installations, and service appointments while maintaining schedules, job records, ERP information, permits, work orders, and documentation. Communicates with customers and internal Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, Installation, and Service teams; resolves scheduling issues, monitors upcoming jobs, supports closeout activities, and assists with inventory counts. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, problem-solving, computer, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
