Supports customers and Territory Managers by handling phone, email, text, and walk-in sales; entering orders, quotes, and transactions; sourcing products; setting up customer accounts; and communicating delivery needs and inventory trends. The role requires strong HVAC industry knowledge, customer service, data-entry accuracy, ERP familiarity, organization, and flexibility in a fast-paced branch and warehouse environment.

Leads end-to-end technology projects supporting distribution systems, including ERP, WMS, e-commerce, and BI implementations. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, stakeholders, integrations, change management, and reporting. Partners with IT, operations, and business teams across corporate and distribution environments to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, throughput, and system adoption.

Develop and grow a Greater Miami outside-sales territory by prospecting new B2B customers, expanding market share, managing relationships, and meeting revenue and margin goals. The role serves HVAC, mechanical, construction, sheet metal, duct fabrication, and roofing contractors. Responsibilities include consultative selling, product training, account follow-up, competitor and pricing monitoring, territory planning, and participation in vendor events and trade shows.
