Provide US tax compliance and advisory for private equity fund transactions, analyze US and international tax rules (PFIC, CFC), review fund distribution provisions and tax reporting (Forms 926, 8865, 8621, 5471), implement regulatory changes with IT, deliver trainings, and act as SPOC for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide tax advice and project management for cross-border investment funds, support investment professionals, review fund documentation, coordinate external advisors, ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS and fund regulations, and deliver trainings.
