Provide US tax compliance and advisory for private equity fund transactions, analyze US and international tax rules (PFIC, CFC), review fund distribution provisions and tax reporting (Forms 926, 8865, 8621, 5471), implement regulatory changes with IT, deliver trainings, and act as SPOC for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and deliver end-to-end international IT audit engagements: define audit approach, report findings to senior management, advise line managers, drive agile audit transformation, identify trends and automation opportunities, coach colleagues, and share audit knowledge across the Group.

Design and implement Avaloq-based integration solutions to automate event-driven, real-time data exchange. Collaborate with line management to translate business processes into scalable integrations, build bi-directional Kafka streaming pipelines, test and optimize end-to-end solutions, deploy on platforms like OpenShift, and ensure continuous system updates and quality.
