Supports the principal with student discipline, academic and behavioral interventions, school programs, staff communication, parent engagement, classroom observations, compliance, and campus activities. The role coordinates student support processes, addresses behavioral issues, reviews at-risk students, prepares discipline data, presents information to faculty, and represents the school in community forums. It requires collaboration with students, families, staff, and community partners, along with a teaching credential and valid administrative credential.

Provides classroom instruction and supervision for PK–4 students, develops lesson plans, adapts instruction for individualized learning needs, assesses progress, manages behavior, communicates with families, coordinates classroom activities, and collaborates with school staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree, teaching credential, special education certification, and criminal background clearance.

Provides instructional leadership and individualized or small-group intervention for Pre-K through fourth-grade students. Collaborates with the principal, staff, parents, and community to improve student achievement, implement research-based strategies, support curriculum, and maintain a positive learning environment. Supervises students, supports school administration and discipline, trains employees, addresses concerns, and participates in school activities. Requires a master’s degree in education, teaching experience, and a valid teaching certificate.

Leads a comprehensive fundraising and development program, including annual giving, major gifts, grants, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, donor stewardship, events, and board engagement. Oversees grant management, gift processing, donor databases, performance reporting, development staff, and external partnerships. Collaborates with organizational leadership and marketing teams to communicate impact and secure resources supporting students and teachers. Regular travel across campuses, offices, and community partner sites is required.

Provides network-wide clinical leadership and coordination for school health services. Guides school nurses, monitors regulatory and documentation compliance, coordinates care for students with complex health needs, oversees medication and emergency procedures, supports screenings and communicable disease response, trains staff, analyzes health data, and provides direct nursing care and coverage when needed.

Supports fiscal operations across the network by coordinating payroll, vendor payments, invoicing, accruals, audits, and internal controls; maintains ledgers, fixed assets and inventory; prepares financial reports and analyses; monitors purchase orders and reimbursement policies; oversees online financial systems and responds to internal/external inquiries.
