Scale and operate talent processes for AI training: run large-cohort onboarding, activate and manage distributed contributors, maintain enterprise client relationships, publish performance reports, host engagement rituals, drive customer success, and partner with product and engineering to continuously improve onboarding, QA, and retention systems using data.
