Advise group entities across commercial, corporate, IP, compliance, regulatory, and employment law. Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, support licensing/AML/KYC and cross-jurisdictional regulation, manage external counsel, build scalable legal templates/playbooks, and provide commercial risk assessments to enable rapid business decisions.

Own a core payments product roadmap from discovery through launch, translate merchant needs into prioritized requirements, work closely with engineering and design to ship features, analyze transaction data to improve products, and coordinate with Compliance, Support, Sales, and the CPO to ensure compliant, well-communicated rollouts.

Drive outbound prospecting to build pipeline via email, LinkedIn and phone; qualify leads through discovery conversations; manage outreach sequences and CRM hygiene; collaborate with sales and marketing; and progress toward a closing Account Executive role for strong performers.

Serve as Confirmo's first US-based Account Executive: self-source pipeline, drive full B2B sales cycles from outreach to close, represent the company at US events, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape US go-to-market strategy.

Design, build and maintain backend services using Java/JVM and PostgreSQL. Architect solutions, own testing, integration, observability and maintenance. Work with AWS IaC, support blockchain node operations and Lightning Network integrations. Collaborate on security, prioritize technical debt, and contribute to ops and infrastructure.
