Design, build and maintain backend services using Java/JVM and PostgreSQL. Architect solutions, own testing, integration, observability and maintenance. Work with AWS IaC, support blockchain node operations and Lightning Network integrations. Collaborate on security, prioritize technical debt, and contribute to ops and infrastructure.

Own revenue growth and the full business development cycle across the MEA region, including market entry, outbound pipeline generation, strategic partnerships, negotiations, and deal closing. Partner with regional leadership on go-to-market strategy, build commercial processes for the new Dubai-based entity, and ensure sales and client onboarding align with UAE regulatory requirements. The role requires strong B2B sales leadership, payments or FinTech knowledge, regional networks, and entrepreneurial experience launching markets or building commercial functions.

Serve as Confirmo's first US-based Account Executive: self-source pipeline, drive full B2B sales cycles from outreach to close, represent the company at US events, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to shape US go-to-market strategy.
