Verifies equipment calibration, controls tanks and temperatures, completes production documentation, and ensures gummies meet quality specifications. Uses pallet jacks and forklifts safely, follows food safety and workplace safety procedures, and participates in production-area sanitation. Requires precision, manual dexterity, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 23 kg.
