Operate and monitor production equipment, calibrate measurement instruments, verify ingredients and product quality, maintain clean and safe work areas, document production activities, and support production employees. The role also requires safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks, stopping equipment during critical malfunctions, and following food safety, quality, manufacturing, and workplace safety procedures.

Maintains, calibrates, qualifies, diagnoses, and repairs analytical laboratory instruments in a pharmaceutical environment. The role manages preventive maintenance schedules, equipment procedures, IQ/OQ/PQ qualification protocols, data integrity requirements, spare-parts inventory, supplier relationships, and new instrument installations. It also serves as a technical resource for laboratory instrumentation and supports health and safety compliance.

Leads engineering capital projects and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Oversees project execution, budgets, suppliers, contracts, risks, compliance, KPIs, and a three-year capital investment plan. Manages and develops teams across multiple sites while driving Lean, Kaizen, waste reduction, cost savings, production efficiency, safety, sustainability, and employee development. Requires extensive engineering leadership experience in high-volume pharmaceutical, food, or supplement manufacturing, along with English-French bilingualism and regular travel.
