Provides administrative and organizational support to the Travel Coordinator by managing travel requests, bookings, reports, expense data, and credit card reconciliation. Coordinates communications among field crews, project managers, and internal departments. Supports onboarding, training, scheduling, filing, supply ordering, office organization, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and managing multiple priorities.

Supports geotechnical drilling operations by preparing tooling and materials, handling drill rods, casing, core tubes, and samples, assisting with drill rig setup, maintenance, cleanup, and inventory control. Performs general field labour in remote locations and varying weather conditions, including repetitive lifting of 50–90 pounds. The role requires safe, reliable teamwork, long shifts, and physical outdoor work, with opportunities to develop a career in drilling.

Provides front-desk, administrative, and operational coordination support during a 12–18-month maternity leave coverage period. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls and meetings, handling mail and supplies, updating job boards, tracking assets and keys, maintaining records and logs, supporting contractor documentation, coordinating taxi vouchers, taking project photos, preparing report cards, and assisting the Operations Manager.

Operate sonic drilling and geotechnical testing equipment, perform basic maintenance and site upkeep, travel frequently for multi-week field shifts, learn advanced testing techniques, and follow safety and client testing standards.

ConeTec is collecting expressions of interest (reserved for Mikisew Cree First Nation members) for various field and technical roles—assistant field operator, drillers, boat captains, heavy equipment operators, field engineers, geologists, geophysicists, technologists, mechanics, and shop assistants. Design, develop, test, and maintain Electron-based desktop and web applications using TypeScript, React, Redux Toolkit, and Node.js.
