Build and own backend systems and customer-facing APIs, design resilient distributed architectures, implement data ingestion and large-scale scraping/parsing pipelines, ship frequently with CI/CD in a cloud environment, and shape engineering culture and practices at an early-stage fintech startup.

Lead full enterprise sales cycle selling Condukt's real-time, AI-powered compliance and business identity platform to fintechs and financial institutions. Drive discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to shape roadmap and go-to-market; represent the company at industry events.

Work directly with customers to design, deploy, and extend Condukt solutions: scope integrations, build custom tools, configure and optimize production systems, troubleshoot and improve performance, and feed customer insights back into product and engineering.

Design, train, evaluate, and deploy NLP and LLM-based models for document processing, parsing, classification, search, and matching. Own end-to-end ML architecture, run experiments, apply robust development/testing practices, and improve AI tooling and standards.
