Drive discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to shape roadmap and go-to-market; represent the company at industry events.

Design, train, evaluate, and deploy NLP and LLM-based models for document processing, parsing, classification, search, and matching. Own end-to-end ML architecture, run experiments, apply robust development/testing practices, and improve AI tooling and standards.

Build and own backend systems and customer-facing APIs, design resilient distributed architectures, implement data ingestion and large-scale scraping/parsing pipelines, ship frequently with CI/CD in a cloud environment, and shape engineering culture and practices at an early-stage fintech startup.
