Build and evolve Conduit Health’s brand identity, voice, design systems, and scalable creative engine. Design marketing assets across ads, websites, landing pages, sales decks, events, and social channels. Establish creative processes and asset libraries, partner with product design, manage outsourced creative, and use AI and motion design to produce high-quality work efficiently.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to home health, hospice, and post-acute organizations through calls, email, and LinkedIn. Research accounts, identify decision-makers and buying signals, handle initial objections, and book qualified discovery meetings for the Partner Sales Lead. Maintain accurate CRM records, provide market feedback, and help improve outbound messaging, sequences, and ideal customer profiles.

Partner with the CEO to build Conduit Health’s organizational structure, performance management, talent strategy, workforce planning, operating rhythms, culture, and people infrastructure. The role oversees recruiting, compensation frameworks, succession planning, and company-building initiatives while aligning organizational priorities with growth and budget.

Own Conduit Health’s patient, caregiver, and partner lifecycle communications across transactional, marketing, and educational journeys. Develop messaging and copy, manage segmentation and journey design, optimize conversion and retention through experimentation, and oversee communication infrastructure including Customer.io, Twilio, Intercom, voice AI, and HubSpot. Partner with Product, Engineering, operations, and support to improve patient experiences, compliance, and system scalability. This hands-on builder role will help establish the function and eventually lead a growing team.

The Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales, build an outbound pipeline, conduct demos, and activate partnerships in healthcare, focusing on clinical and operational stakeholders.

Investigate and resolve insurance eligibility, benefits, prior authorizations, denials, and coverage issues for DME orders. Own root-cause analysis, develop SOPs, maintain payer knowledge, track KPIs, and collaborate with RCM, fulfillment, clinical, and product teams to keep orders clean, compliant, and moving.

Own end-to-end sourcing and contracting for W-2 and 1099 telehealth clinicians across multiple states. Run high-volume outreach, screen for clinical quality and licensure, build recruiting infrastructure in Ashby, forecast hiring needs with Clinical Operations, and track funnel metrics to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Build and ship customer-facing features across the stack for Conduit Healths AI-powered platform. Implement end-to-end product features, design architecture, integrate external APIs and LLM/agentic tools, automate fulfillment workflows, run experiments, and elevate engineering practices on a small, fast-growing team.
