Manage the Briarcliff Manor office (records, mail, patient visits, audits), serve as on-site contact for inspectors, investigate insurance eligibility and coverage gaps, submit and track prior authorizations and denials, build SOPs and KPIs, and collaborate across RCM, compliance, clinical, fulfillment, and product teams.

As the Provider Onboarding Manager, you will design and execute the onboarding program for new clinicians, ensuring they are trained effectively and supported throughout the onboarding process while collaborating with the Clinical Operations team.

Lead and build end-to-end clinical operations: clinician supply, recruiting/credentialing, quality/compliance, longitudinal care programs, staffing/P&L ownership, KPI-driven performance, and cross-functional partnership to scale a multi-state telehealth-enabled clinical service.

Build and ship customer-facing features across the stack for Conduit Healths AI-powered platform. Implement end-to-end product features, design architecture, integrate external APIs and LLM/agentic tools, automate fulfillment workflows, run experiments, and elevate engineering practices on a small, fast-growing team.

Own end-to-end billing across DME, Telehealth, and Data: manage EDI payor enrollment and claims, post remittances, monitor A/R aging, resolve denials, build denial/appeals workflows, liaise with outsourced billing vendors, and create systems and SOPs to improve cash flow and reduce denials.

The Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales, build an outbound pipeline, conduct demos, and activate partnerships in healthcare, focusing on clinical and operational stakeholders.

Own end-to-end billing lifecycle for DME, Telehealth, and Data verticals: manage EDI payor enrollments, claim submission, remittance posting, A/R aging, denial management, vendor relationships, and build scalable denial/appeals workflows and SOPs to drive daily cash flow.

Investigate and resolve insurance eligibility, benefits, prior authorizations, denials, and coverage issues for DME orders. Own root-cause analysis, develop SOPs, maintain payer knowledge, track KPIs, and collaborate with RCM, fulfillment, clinical, and product teams to keep orders clean, compliant, and moving.

Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to optimize launches, partnerships, and workflows. Manage payor and supplier relationships, oversee prior authorization processes, track KPIs (turnaround time, error rates), prepare reports, and present insights to leadership. Build SOPs, ensure HIPAA and billing compliance, and use systems and metrics to drive continuous improvement and faster patient fulfillment.

Own end-to-end sourcing and contracting for W-2 and 1099 telehealth clinicians across multiple states. Run high-volume outreach, screen for clinical quality and licensure, build recruiting infrastructure in Ashby, forecast hiring needs with Clinical Operations, and track funnel metrics to meet aggressive hiring targets.
