Prepare and maintain recurring and ad-hoc operational reports and dashboards, analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, support business teams with KPI reporting, automate data collection, perform QA checks, document processes, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Supervise and coach business, technical support, and production teams to meet quality, productivity, and compliance KPIs. Manage hiring, terminations, performance appraisals, pay reviews, training interventions, and share process updates. Provide problem-solving, reporting, and support to improve end-user experience and associate performance.

Supervise an accounting services team, set priorities, manage daily operations, performance appraisals, training (3+ employees), hiring/termination, and review expenditures/payments. Collaborate with management and clients for process improvements and ensure compliance with policies.
