Teams at Conduent

Perform routine accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance and reconciliations, intercompany and sub-ledger reconciliation, AP liaison, process-improvement recommendations, project tracking/reporting support, training and feedback for junior staff, and ensuring integrity of the record-to-report process.

Supervise daily accounting operations and a team, ensure accurate expense/payment reporting, mentor staff, resolve complex accounting issues, track project metrics and performance, support process improvements, and manage hiring and personnel actions.

Performs transactional and data-validation work following established procedures: capture, validate, pre-adjudicate, research, and correct complex data using multiple sources. Manages own workload with moderate supervision, maintains required training/certifications, and follows company policies.
