Provides learning administration, data entry, and technical helpdesk support for client training programs. Enters and manages training data in SuccessFactors, handles requests through ServiceNow, maintains procedures and service-level agreements, troubleshoots discrepancies, communicates with clients, and escalates issues. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Excel proficiency, LMS knowledge, independent work, and availability for U.S.-aligned night shifts.

Provides administrative support for learning programs, including training data entry in SuccessFactors, request management in ServiceNow, process and SLA compliance, issue troubleshooting, escalation, and client support. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and flexibility while working remotely on Malaysia public holidays and night shifts supporting Eastern Time hours.

Prepares journal entries, reconciles ledger and sub-ledger accounts, supports intercompany reconciliation, identifies process gaps, tracks projects, assigns unreconciled items, reviews quality, provides error feedback, and trains colleagues as needed while ensuring report-to-record process integrity.
