Conduent Benefits Overview

Manages recruitment-related employee data, candidate paperwork, online testing records, travel expenses, pre-employment screening, and recruiting event logistics. Coordinates with vendors and internal departments, prepares event reports, ensures new hires receive required information and instructions, and follows established policies and procedures with moderate supervision.

Provides technical direction, governance, architecture assurance, requirements analysis, testing, UAT support, training, and technical work assignment for Siebel application modules. Leads and mentors team members, supports incident management, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and develops functional specifications and test plans. Requires extensive Siebel configuration, scripting, workflow, integration, Open UI, and workspace management expertise, including experience with Siebel IP19/IP20 or higher and at least two end-to-end implementations.

Processes and reviews payments, performs accurate data entry, compares numerical records, researches payment discrepancies, and maintains confidentiality. Provides clerical and production support in a fast-paced call center environment while managing multiple assignments and meeting strict deadlines.
