As the founding marketing hire, you will build Conduct's brand from the ground up, engaging enterprise buyers and showcasing the company through various channels. Expected tasks include creating impactful content, negotiating promotional opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to establish the company as a leading tech brand.

Lead identification, design, build, and adoption of AI-driven automations and internal tooling across GTM, product, finance, ops, and engineering. Own key parts of the monthly and quarterly close, taking end-to-end responsibility for assigned accounting areas (cash, accruals, payroll, commissions, fixed assets, revenue). Founding full-cycle recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, and GTM. Build recruiting infrastructure (ATS, scorecards, playbooks), source and close senior technical candidates, manage hiring manager partnerships, run multiple complex searches, and own candidate experience through offers and negotiations. Shape employer brand and hiring processes to scale hiring velocity without sacrificing quality.

Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, HRIS and payroll management, visa and right-to-work processes, policy documentation, automation of people processes, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives.

Own technical deployments at strategic enterprise accounts: embed with customers, run hands-on implementation, onboard users, surface expansion signals, drive renewals and integrations, and feed product insights back to engineering to shape the roadmap.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer relationships: run full sales cycles from first meeting through pilots, procurement, and close; build pipeline and create sales playbooks; drive post-sale adoption and expansion alongside deployment teams to convert deals into multi-year partnerships.
