Teams at Conduct (conduct.ai)

Build and maintain scalable backend and platform infrastructure powering enterprise-grade LLM workloads. Design systems across APIs, data flows, job orchestration, observability, and reliability to accelerate product teams and ensure high-throughput, low-fragility LLM processing for large customers.

As the founding marketing hire, you will build Conduct's brand from the ground up, engaging enterprise buyers and showcasing the company through various channels. Expected tasks include creating impactful content, negotiating promotional opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to establish the company as a leading tech brand.

Own key parts of the monthly and quarterly close, taking end-to-end responsibility for assigned accounting areas (cash, accruals, payroll, commissions, fixed assets, revenue). Prepare reporting and analyses, improve and automate close processes and controls, and support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries. Partner closely with founders and legal to build scalable, audit-ready finance processes.
