Teams at Conduct (conduct.ai)

Build and maintain scalable backend and platform infrastructure powering enterprise-grade LLM workloads. Design systems across APIs, data flows, job orchestration, observability, and reliability to accelerate product teams and ensure high-throughput, low-fragility LLM processing for large customers.

As the founding marketing hire, you will build Conduct's brand from the ground up, engaging enterprise buyers and showcasing the company through various channels. Expected tasks include creating impactful content, negotiating promotional opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to establish the company as a leading tech brand.

Lead identification, design, build, and adoption of AI-driven automations and internal tooling across GTM, product, finance, ops, and engineering. Partner with functional leads, prototype code-first workflows and low-code automations, work closely with engineers to improve developer productivity, and maintain internal knowledge systems for compounding value.
