Lead product strategy and execution for Condor's financial intelligence platform. Own roadmaps, define requirements, drive delivery from concept through UAT, and build AI-enabled automation and data intelligence features. Engage customers and SMEs, analyze usage and success metrics, triage issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ship reliable, enterprise-grade solutions for biopharma finance and clinical operations.

Build and scale backend services, platform infrastructure (serverless), and APIs powering financial workflows for clinical development. Integrate with LLM agents and AI workflows, implement frontend components as needed, resolve production incidents, contribute to architecture, and mentor teammates.

Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines, backend services, and embedding/vectorization systems powering AI-driven finance and clinical intelligence. Model complex clinical and financial data, optimize databases and batch jobs, integrate LLMs and vector databases for RAG/agentic workflows, and collaborate across product and frontend to deliver accurate, production-grade data systems.

Lead enterprise business development into mid-market and enterprise biopharma: build pipeline, manage complex consultative sales cycles, negotiate contracts, develop SOWs and ROI models, run events and executive engagements, and shape GTM strategy with product and customer teams.

Drive top-of-funnel outbound prospecting and inbound lead management for life sciences accounts. Conduct account research, cold outreach, multi-channel cadences, and decision-maker engagement. Collaborate with enterprise AEs to influence pipeline quality, deal velocity, and long-term customer relationships.

Build and lead Condor's Revenue Operations function: own Salesforce architecture and integrations, develop dashboards and governance, run deal desk and quote-to-close, validate commissions and invoices, define revenue metrics and reporting cadence, support quota/territory/comp planning, and create scalable GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
