Build and run Condor’s People function end to end, including HR systems, payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting operations, compensation, leveling, performance reviews, employee relations, culture, engagement, and learning and development. This first dedicated People hire will establish scalable processes, support managers and employees, maintain accurate reporting, and use automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Build and deploy production AI-powered systems for biopharma customers, translating ambiguous clinical and financial workflows into core platform capabilities. Develop Django services and APIs, AWS Bedrock agent workflows, data integrations, monitoring, feedback loops, and customer-facing interfaces. Own deployments end to end, contribute production code through the core codebase, identify reusable patterns, and influence product architecture and roadmap. Occasional travel to customer locations is required.

Lead hands-on design, implementation, and delivery of backend systems for a pharma-focused financial intelligence platform. Own architecture through production, mentor a small engineering team, partner with product to scope and sequence work, and ensure correctness, reliability, and predictable delivery for mission-critical systems.
