Lead hands-on CRM development on Microsoft Dynamics 365, design scalable integrations and architectures, build CI/CD and automated testing, mentor cross-functional teams, apply Power Platform and Azure services, and champion security and data governance from discovery through deployment.

Provide strategic, governance, and operational leadership for the CEO's office. Lead corporate planning and reporting (Operational Plan, Annual Report, Business Plan), develop KPIs and risk frameworks, support Board governance, coordinate ELT initiatives, manage CEO office operations, and drive organizational efficiency and strategic plan implementation.

Senior HR leader reporting to the CEO, responsible for people strategy, workforce planning, total rewards, HR governance, employee relations, culture and inclusion, HR analytics, and operational HR delivery. Advises ELT and Board, leads HR policy, compliance, change initiatives, and builds HR capability within a lean team to support organizational performance and risk mitigation.
