Lead architecture and full‑lifecycle development of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in GCC High/IL5. Design Dataverse models and RBAC, build ALM pipelines, integrate with Azure services and external APIs, enforce federal security/compliance (FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53, CMMC), lead delivery teams and CoE activities, mentor developers, and engage federal stakeholders to produce ATO documentation and governed deployments.

The Principal OT Cyber SME will provide expertise in cybersecurity for operational technology, lead stakeholder interactions, and support project management, while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, proposal cost development, and financial reporting for programs. Monitor project budgets using TM1, analyze profitability, support proposal pricing, optimize personnel and non-labor forecasts, and collaborate across teams. Lead small teams and mentor junior staff on lower-complexity financial activities.
