Provides executive leadership for a digital mission solutions division serving Intelligence Community and national security customers. Oversees strategy, P&L performance, growth, customer relationships, business development, program execution, technical capability investments, organizational development, and talent leadership. Builds trusted government partnerships, guides innovation across digital, cyber, data, software, AI/ML, and cloud capabilities, and ensures strong financial, operational, and customer outcomes while strengthening the organization for future missions.

Develop and maintain Marine Corps FRCS enterprise and reference architectures, focusing on OT cybersecurity, SDN/SDA, segmentation, continuous monitoring, RMF authorization, and compliance. Coordinate stakeholders, CSSP responsibilities, governance documents, MOAs, SLAs, POA&Ms, security plans, and portfolio management artifacts. Support architecture working groups, workshops, briefings, training, and cybersecurity assessments. Analyze OT protocols and security postures, advise on ICS/SCADA compliance, monitor emerging threats, and travel to Marine Corps installations as needed.

Supports cybersecurity and software projects through application development, DevSecOps, cloud integration, vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, incident response documentation, secure configuration, and technical troubleshooting. The intern helps maintain security architectures, runbooks, and playbooks; tracks findings through remediation; collaborates with IT and engineering teams; and presents project results.
