Build Concourse’s go-to-market engine for state and local governments. Responsibilities include researching, scoring, and routing accounts; creating and scaling outbound campaigns; managing enrichment, sequencing, CRM, and procurement intelligence systems; systematizing effective AE workflows; and measuring results against pipeline and revenue. The role requires shipping AI-powered agents, maintaining GTM data architecture, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product in person five days per week in New York City.

Manage end-to-end deployments of AI-powered solutions for state and local governments, including onboarding, training, go-live, deployment playbooks, stakeholder coordination, blocker resolution, customer health tracking, and retention efforts. Use AI tools such as Claude to automate workflows, generate reports, and scale operations while building trusted client relationships.

Build and lead Concourse’s talent function as its first talent hire. Own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leadership on hiring needs, close hard-to-fill candidates, and create scalable hiring systems, scorecards, and playbooks. Manage candidate experience, employer messaging, onboarding handoffs, and hiring metrics. The role requires strong judgment, communication, initiative, startup experience, enthusiasm for AI tools, and willingness to work in-office five days weekly in NYC.

Build and lead Concourse’s legal function as its first legal hire. Own government contracting, commercial agreements, privacy, security, AI regulation, corporate governance, financings, employment, IP, and vendor matters. Create legal templates, playbooks, and self-service processes, advise product and go-to-market teams, and use AI tools to automate legal workflows. The role requires in-office work in New York City.

Build and deploy reusable software scaffolding for government workflows, including data models, components, and integrations with legacy systems. Partner with forward-deployed product managers across customer projects, adapt products to customer-specific data and edge cases, develop usable backend and frontend functionality, use AI coding tools, and communicate platform gaps to engineering teams.

Own end-to-end product outcomes for state and local government agencies, translating complex workflows into configurable solutions on the Concourse platform. Partner with a Forward-Deployed Engineer, manage roadmaps and prioritization, own product-area P&L, engage nontechnical stakeholders, and improve reusable product scaffolding across deployments. The role requires daily use of AI coding tools, strong client relationships, high execution speed, and five-day in-person work in Flatiron, NYC.

Lead finance for an early-stage govtech startup by owning operating models, revenue forecasts, unit economics, headcount planning, scenario analysis, KPIs, reporting, fundraising materials, investor communications, and financial infrastructure. Partner with the CEO on pricing, market entry, capital allocation, partnerships, and strategic decisions. Use AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate analysis while building a scalable finance function.

Own the full post-win customer journey for government software partners, from contracting and deployment through ongoing account management and expansion. Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, product, and engineering; lead business reviews; monitor partner health; identify growth opportunities; and translate feedback into product improvements. Build repeatable post-win processes and use AI tools to automate reporting, synthesize partner data, and scale operations.

Build and own Concourse’s foundational platform infrastructure for government applications, including data ingestion pipelines, legacy-system connectors, AI workflow orchestration, workflow primitives, access controls, and audit trails. Partner with the founder on architecture decisions and enable non-engineers to assemble configurable government solutions. The role requires strong Python or Node.js backend skills, frontend fluency, AI coding-tool experience, U.S. citizenship, and five-day in-person work in Flatiron, NYC.
