Build Concourse’s go-to-market engine for state and local governments. Responsibilities include researching, scoring, and routing accounts; creating and scaling outbound campaigns; managing enrichment, sequencing, CRM, and procurement intelligence systems; systematizing effective AE workflows; and measuring results against pipeline and revenue. The role requires shipping AI-powered agents, maintaining GTM data architecture, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product in person five days per week in New York City.

Manage end-to-end deployments of AI-powered solutions for state and local governments, including onboarding, training, go-live, deployment playbooks, stakeholder coordination, blocker resolution, customer health tracking, and retention efforts. Use AI tools such as Claude to automate workflows, generate reports, and scale operations while building trusted client relationships.

Build and lead Concourse’s talent function as its first talent hire. Own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leadership on hiring needs, close hard-to-fill candidates, and create scalable hiring systems, scorecards, and playbooks. Manage candidate experience, employer messaging, onboarding handoffs, and hiring metrics. The role requires strong judgment, communication, initiative, startup experience, enthusiasm for AI tools, and willingness to work in-office five days weekly in NYC.
