Own Concourse’s foundational design system for configurable government software. Define design language, tokens, primitives, components, motion, templates, documentation, and workflows. Build production front-end code alongside engineers and AI coding agents rather than delivering only Figma files. Solve complex public-sector workflows while maintaining pixel-level quality across deployments and collaborating with nontechnical government stakeholders.

Build Concourse’s go-to-market engine for state and local governments. Responsibilities include researching, scoring, and routing accounts; creating and scaling outbound campaigns; managing enrichment, sequencing, CRM, and procurement intelligence systems; systematizing effective AE workflows; and measuring results against pipeline and revenue. The role requires shipping AI-powered agents, maintaining GTM data architecture, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product in person five days per week in New York City.

Build and lead Concourse’s legal function as its first legal hire. Own government contracting, commercial agreements, privacy, security, AI regulation, corporate governance, financings, employment, IP, and vendor matters. Create legal templates, playbooks, and self-service processes, advise product and go-to-market teams, and use AI tools to automate legal workflows. The role requires in-office work in New York City.
