The Case Manager guides and supports participants in a reentry program, facilitating individual and group sessions to help them navigate obstacles and access resources. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to document progress and ensure quality support.

Provide career coaching, classroom instruction, one-on-one support, employer outreach, and case documentation to help justice-involved participants prepare for and retain employment. Collaborate with care teams, conduct assessments, arrange employer visits, and support participant progress throughout the program.

Lead strategy and implementation of career education across sites, develop and maintain curriculum and learning technologies, manage partnerships, measure outcomes, train staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality participant career pathways and credential attainment.

Provides trauma-informed case management and reentry support for justice-involved participants after release. Facilitates individual and group life-skills sessions, monitors treatment goals, connects participants with housing, food, healthcare, and other community resources, and documents participant progress. Leads multidisciplinary care teams, collaborates with career coaches and therapists, coordinates scheduling, participates in meetings and training, and supports center events.

The Peer Support Specialist assists justice-involved individuals in transitioning to post-release programming, providing emotional support and facilitating wellness activities while coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Ensure safety and security of participants, staff, and facility through patrols, monitoring access and video surveillance, conducting drug screens and bag searches, writing incident reports, enforcing policies, and assisting with event setup and physical interventions as needed.
