Provide career coaching, classroom instruction, one-on-one support, employer outreach, and case documentation to help justice-involved participants prepare for and retain employment. Collaborate with care teams, conduct assessments, arrange employer visits, and support participant progress throughout the program.

Lead strategy and implementation of career education across sites, develop and maintain curriculum and learning technologies, manage partnerships, measure outcomes, train staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality participant career pathways and credential attainment.

The Peer Support Specialist assists justice-involved individuals in transitioning to post-release programming, providing emotional support and facilitating wellness activities while coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team.
