Requires strong attention to detail, procedural discipline, communication, and independent workload management.

Owns hands-on operation, maintenance, security, and documentation of Azure infrastructure in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include Azure networking, compute and platform services, identity and access management, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, acquired-environment assessments, network integration, change management, troubleshooting, and on-call support. The role partners with architecture, DevOps, InfoSec, and systems administration teams while maintaining reliable, secure, and auditable cloud environments.

Provide helpdesk support by troubleshooting workstations, printers, networks, applications, software, and hardware. Install and upgrade technology, manage user accounts and access, configure email, maintain security, and resolve requests through a ticketing system. Identify user training opportunities and manage multiple support tasks professionally. The role may require lifting up to 45 pounds and accessing equipment in various locations.
