As an AI & Automation Specialist, you'll manage AI platforms, develop automation workflows, support user enablement, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Manage and resolve customer request forms (CRFs) by reviewing, tracking, escalating, and documenting cases; prepare trending and monthly reports; coordinate with Compliance, QA, Operations and Training; provide feedback, training support, and recommendations to improve policies and service quality.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, integrate HubSpot/Excel/other systems, ensure data accuracy, reconcile forecasts to revenue recognition, analyze pipeline and customer health, prepare executive reports, and use AI tools to automate reporting and surface actionable insights for sales, finance, and leadership.

Handle high-volume commercial loan and lease payoff requests: calculate and generate payoff statements, provide accounting posting instructions, coordinate with legal/default teams, manage client approvals and Salesforce tasks, document and improve payoff processes, participate in task forces, and ensure accuracy to protect the company from financial risk.

Senior individual-contributor responsible for enterprise cloud architecture with AWS primary and significant Azure assessment work. Lead architecture reviews, develop migration and rationalization plans for acquired Azure environments into LINK, enforce governance, ensure SOC 2 and PCI-DSS compliance, drive IaC/CI-CD adoption, document architectures for Product, and guide remediation, cost optimization, and networking design across hybrid cloud.

Handle intake, investigation, and response to compliance-related consumer communications and agency complaints; assist with credit reporting disputes; maintain compliance records and reports; test business processes for controls and policy adherence; report exceptions and support the Compliance Management System.

Monitor security alerts, triage and investigate incidents, review quarantined email, manage security tickets and documentation, assist with automation, report metrics, and support incident response with occasional off-hours escalation.

Support Information Security GRC activities including maintaining policies and procedures, collecting and organizing audit evidence for PCI DSS, SOC 1/2, and HIPAA, documenting workflows, assisting GRC automation using AI and scripting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to compliance dashboards and reporting.
