Supports revenue reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and financial reviews. Builds Excel models, trackers, dashboards, and pivot reports; assists with month-end and year-end close; validates revenue data with cross-functional teams; maintains reporting procedures and audit readiness; and identifies process improvements while communicating findings to leadership.

Manage corporate client requests and provide timely, accurate support. Process payments, returns, chargebacks, and sales data; validate files; generate KPI and executive reports; maintain secure documentation; audit consumer information; and resolve operational issues with cross-functional teams. The role also supports process improvements and requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, advanced English proficiency, Excel knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, and availability on Mexican holidays.

As an AI & Automation Specialist, you'll manage AI platforms, develop automation workflows, support user enablement, and ensure compliance with security standards.
