Serve as primary client contact to build and maintain strong relationships, understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance, identify growth opportunities, monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, ensure timely service delivery, and resolve client issues.

Manage corporate client requests and payments, process returns/chargebacks, validate and upload sales data, generate KPI reports, maintain secure documentation, perform audits of consumer information, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, and propose process improvements to enhance client service and efficiency.

Manage and resolve customer inquiries submitted to the Resolutions inbox, document account activity, follow up until resolution, and escalate compliance-sensitive items. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and QA; train new team members; produce weekly and monthly trend and tracking reports; provide performance feedback and recommendations to improve policies, procedures, and service quality.
