Manage early- to mid-stage commercial lease and loan delinquencies through outbound contact, negotiation, ACH/payment processing, skip-tracing, documentation, and compliance with FDCPA and client guidelines to meet KPIs and protect portfolio performance.

Lead and build the go-to-market operations engine: own GTM systems (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Gong), scoring and AI agents, ABM and demand-gen data, pipeline attribution, board-level reporting, and a small onshore/nearshore team. Be hands-on building workflows and models, partner with marketing, sales, finance, and executive leadership, and drive governance, forecasting, and operational rigor across three business units.

Handle high-volume commercial loan and lease payoff requests: calculate and generate payoff statements, provide accounting posting instructions, coordinate with legal/default teams, manage client approvals and Salesforce tasks, document and improve payoff processes, participate in task forces, and ensure accuracy to protect the company from financial risk.
