Manage and oversee the IT Help Desk team, supervise four desktop/helpdesk staff, handle procurement and deployment, vendor management, inventory, troubleshooting of hardware/software/connectivity, set up new employee workstations, and provide executive remote employee support.

Manage and coach a team of 10+ fraud and dispute agents, monitor daily workloads and performance, enforce regulatory compliance (FDCPA, Reg Z), implement policies, conduct quality and telephone monitoring, hire and evaluate staff, and coordinate with law enforcement on fraud claims.

Analyze business performance and underwriting strategies using quantitative methods. Build, audit, and present datasets, reports, and recommendations; run ad-hoc queries; collaborate with stakeholders to improve portfolio profitability.
