Support Power Generation sales by producing estimates and proposals, entering customer and job data into NetSuite, maintaining reports and scorecards, coordinating weekly divisional calls, and providing account management support to Senior Account Managers, Inside Sales, customers, and internal teams.

Coordinate and support field-based hydroblasting projects from planning through completion. Oversee day-to-day field operations, crews, subcontractors and vendors; track progress, manage RFIs/change orders/permits, enforce safety and quality, and assist with project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Support marketing and sales through administrative tasks, inventory and document management in NetSuite/Insite, coordinate sales events, assist billing/invoicing, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership to maintain data integrity and job records.

Operate high-pressure hydroblasting/hand-lancing equipment (20K–40K psi) to clean industrial surfaces, pipes, and tanks. Set up/break down gear, load/unload equipment, follow strict safety and PPE protocols, work in confined spaces and at heights, participate in safety training, and travel across CONUS as needed. Perform physically demanding manual labor and use inspection and monitoring tools.

Support the marketing department with administrative tasks, inventory management, sales event coordination, data integrity, and market/sales analysis. Ensure documents and POs are entered and reconciled in NetSuite, coordinate with SAMs, Operations, Billing, and Inside Sales for accurate invoicing and job records, and maintain tracking spreadsheets and KPIs.

Manage and grow customer accounts in the power generation sector through direct sales, prospecting, cold calling, developing estimates, forecasting, trade show participation, and building long-term relationships. Meet annual revenue goals while traveling to customer and industrial sites and adhering to safety protocols.

Provide reliability and maintenance engineering for chemical cleaning, steam blow, and lube oil services: produce engineered estimates, support sales/accounts, gather vendor pricing, maintain job tracking, write procedures and mark flow paths on PIDs, enter data into NetSuite, and travel up to 30%.

Operate and set up conventional and CNC machining equipment to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts. Read drawings, measure and verify dimensions, program or edit CNC (G-Code), perform trial runs, assemble and install machined parts, and maintain safety protocols. Participate in safety meetings and complete required trainings.

Lead corporate accounting operations including month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, general ledger oversight, internal controls and audit coordination. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and support compliance and policy management.

Sell Conco's services to power generation customers within a territory: maintain and expand accounts, prospect new business, prepare estimates and forecasts, attend trade shows, and travel to customer sites. Meet revenue goals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Prepare, validate, and issue customer invoices using NetSuite; track and summarize job costs; reconcile billing discrepancies; prepare monthly unbilled AR and accruals; collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and IT; train junior staff; monitor KPIs; support audits and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate, timely billing.

Sell Conco's industrial services to petrochemical/refinery customers within a designated territory. Maintain and grow accounts, prospect and cold call new clients, demonstrate services, attend trade shows, and travel nationwide to meet customers.
