Supports daily office, shop, and field operations by coordinating job information, shipping and receiving, inventory, purchase orders, equipment rentals, project records, and completion reports. Maintains customer databases, enters documentation into NetSuite and Insite, supports operations and sales teams, and helps ensure compliance with customer requirements and safety procedures. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in office and manufacturing environments.
