Supports the HR team across onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, compliance, reporting, recruiting, and workforce analytics. Responsibilities include answering employee questions, auditing personnel files, preparing HR reports, coordinating events, and building scorecards tracking turnover, retention, headcount, and recruiting metrics. The intern will gain hands-on experience while handling confidential information and contributing to special projects.

Build and lead Concerto’s enterprise Project Management function, establishing governance, methodologies, tools, reporting, and scalable processes. Personally manage complex cross-functional initiatives including clinic construction and openings, state expansion, and unit takeovers. Develop project plans, readiness gates, playbooks, dashboards, and escalation paths while coordinating internal teams, contractors, vendors, and senior leaders. Recruit and develop the future project management team as the organization grows.

Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, employer-brand content, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines. Create candidate-facing content across social media, LinkedIn, career sites, email, job advertisements, and events. Partner with Talent Acquisition and internal teams to showcase employee stories and culture, track campaign engagement, support hiring events, and visit clinics to capture recruitment content. Use sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and engagement metrics to expand candidate reach and improve talent attraction.

Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, nephrologists, case management teams, skilled nursing facilities, and payers to drive patient census and market growth. Develop market expansion strategies, identify opportunities, serve as the primary liaison for assigned markets, track business development activity in Salesforce, prepare stakeholder presentations, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, nephrologists, payers, and skilled nursing facilities to drive patient census growth and market expansion. Develop market growth strategies, serve as the primary liaison for assigned markets, track business development activities in Salesforce, prepare stakeholder presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
