Reviews labs and clinical metrics, guides interventions, conducts audits, supports survey readiness and quality initiatives, trains nurses and patient care technicians, ensures regulatory compliance, and assists with staffing. Collaborates with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and operations teams while supporting EMR documentation and competency validation. Travel within assigned markets is expected 60–80% of the time.
