Builds and develops a high-performing relationship management team, strengthens relationships with skilled nursing, post-acute, hospital, physician, and nephrology organizations, and drives patient census, referrals, revenue, and market expansion. Establishes partnership playbooks, executive engagement and QBR processes, KPIs, CRM discipline, and cross-functional processes to resolve issues, improve partner satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.

Provides direct hemodialysis care in skilled nursing or long-term care settings, including patient assessments, medication administration, treatment monitoring and adjustment, education, documentation, and care-plan management. Supervises dialysis technicians, delegates tasks, collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams, reports critical lab results, and maintains compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Assesses patients, administers medications, monitors and adjusts treatments, educates patients, documents care, reports critical results, and coordinates with physicians and healthcare teams. Supervises dialysis technicians and ensures compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and state and federal regulations.
