Leads product development from concept through production, including prototyping, testing, validation, CAD design, documentation, and launch. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve performance, manufacturability, cost, sustainability, and compliance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while managing project schedules, budgets, resources, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Inside Sales Representative will generate and develop new business, manage sales pipelines, build customer relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, and support pricing and contract discussions. The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Marketing, along with CRM maintenance, market analysis, and customer communication. Occasional customer visits and business development travel of approximately 5–10% are required.

Design and develop mechanical products, components, and assemblies from concept through production. Create specifications, perform engineering analysis and validation, apply DFMA principles, evaluate materials and manufacturing methods, and support quality improvements. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams in manufacturing, materials, quality, and operations to define requirements, resolve technical issues, and launch reliable products.

Oversee manufacturing and engineering projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, quality, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teams. Prepare status reports for senior management, coordinate contractors and consultants, ensure compliance with company standards, and apply lessons learned to improve future project execution.

Design and develop custom mechanical products, creating CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, tolerances, and engineering documentation. Support prototyping, testing, validation, and design-for-manufacturability efforts while collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams. Serve as a technical customer interface, translating requirements into engineering solutions, conducting technical reviews, and coordinating cross-functional customer programs.

Supports manufacturing and calibration operations for thermocouples, RTDs, and electrical harnesses. Troubleshoots instrumentation, electrical systems, software, automated equipment, and test processes; develops software and automated testing solutions; integrates PLCs, data acquisition systems, and electrical testers; maintains calibration and test documentation; supports equipment qualification, corrective actions, and continuous improvement in manufacturing and laboratory environments.

Leads and develops a team of manufacturing engineers while driving process stability, continuous improvement, KPI performance, and manufacturing excellence. Oversees initiatives involving yield, scrap, OEE, downtime, process capability, productivity, standard work, equipment, tooling, automation, and cost reduction. Partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, implement corrective actions, sustain improvements, and support production execution.

Leads infrastructure and systems administration across a manufacturing organization. Manages servers, virtualization, storage, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, security, backups, enterprise applications, and data integrations. Provides advanced technical support, coordinates upgrades and IT projects, resolves recurring issues, maintains documentation, and leads a team of System Administrators. Requires strong enterprise infrastructure expertise, leadership experience, and eligibility to access ITAR/EAR-controlled technical data.
