Leads and mentors engineering teams, develops technical strategies, oversees complex project delivery, manages budgets and resources, drives innovation and continuous improvement, ensures compliance with engineering standards, and communicates progress to cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads product development from concept through production, including prototyping, testing, validation, CAD design, documentation, and launch. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve performance, manufacturability, cost, sustainability, and compliance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while managing project schedules, budgets, resources, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Inside Sales Representative will generate and develop new business, manage sales pipelines, build customer relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, and support pricing and contract discussions. The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Marketing, along with CRM maintenance, market analysis, and customer communication. Occasional customer visits and business development travel of approximately 5–10% are required.
