Requires substantial MSP leadership experience, technical-services management expertise, and the ability to scale operational processes.

Establishes scalable processes, drives automation and standardization, partners with Sales and executive leadership, and develops technology roadmaps involving AI and emerging solutions. Requires substantial MSP leadership experience, including managing technical service-delivery teams and customer escalations.

Owns the company’s internal IT environment, administering Microsoft systems, endpoints, networks, security, backups, and user accounts. Provides Tier 1–3 employee support, manages tickets and escalations, performs maintenance and upgrades, documents procedures, and supports technology planning and implementation. Ensures reliable, secure operations and drives improvements that reduce recurring issues. The role is primarily on-site with occasional after-hours support.
