Leads an enterprise software engineering team delivering customized Epicor and external utility solutions. Responsibilities include solution development and testing, client support, documentation, queue and milestone management, end-user training, mentoring, hiring and onboarding, process improvement, issue escalation, performance support, and team meetings. The role collaborates with consulting leads on solution design and requires occasional evening or weekend work, minimal travel, and direct supervision of software and systems engineers.

Delivers ERP software implementations, upgrades, client support, configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting from project kickoff through go-live. Advises clients on requirements, solution design, business processes, and system gaps while coordinating project schedules, issues, documentation, proposals, and service-level commitments. Requires ERP experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of manufacturing accounting and supply chain processes. Occasional travel, evening, or weekend work may be required.

Leads a customer-facing Managed Services organization supporting multiple external customers. Oversees service delivery, technical operations, customer satisfaction, staffing, team development, SLAs, utilization, ticket performance, escalations, budgeting, profitability, and continuous improvement. Partners with Sales and leadership on customer transitions, solution design, technology strategy, automation, AI adoption, and service growth. Requires substantial MSP leadership experience, technical-services management expertise, and the ability to scale operational processes.
