Administers managed services platforms and customer IT environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, automation, security, and infrastructure health analysis. Provides onsite and remote support for workstations, servers, Microsoft 365, networks, firewalls, backups, and user accounts. Documents incidents, meets SLA and billable utilization goals, coordinates with vendors, participates in on-call rotation, and identifies recurring issues and customer needs.

Leads a customer-facing MSP organization supporting multiple external clients. Oversees service delivery, technical operations, customer satisfaction, staffing, performance metrics, escalations, budgeting, profitability, and team development. Establishes scalable processes, drives automation and standardization, partners with Sales and executive leadership, and develops technology roadmaps involving AI and emerging solutions. Requires substantial MSP leadership experience, including managing technical service-delivery teams and customer escalations.

Deliver ERP software upgrades and implementations from kickoff through go-live, advising clients on configuration, requirements, solution design, testing, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Coordinate project activities, schedules, issues, proposals, and service-level commitments while maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires ERP financial expertise, manufacturing accounting knowledge, strong communication, analytical ability, and occasional travel for onsite consulting and training.
