Support end-to-end data warehouse lifecycle: gather requirements, design systems and ETL (Teradata), develop, tune performance, document for SOX, provide production support and occasional on-call pager rotation.

Provide 24/7 SNOC support for servers, network devices, applications, databases, voice and energy management systems. Monitor alerts, troubleshoot Unix/Linux and Windows server configurations, perform basic database administration and batch scheduling, analyze network traffic, issue tickets and escalate incidents while supporting cross-functional teams during event resolution. Must cover 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Provide administrative and document management support to the project management team: maintain site drawings and prints, document tool and equipment evaluations, and create inventory and packing lists for maintenance spares, tools, and spare parts. Support development of manufacturing work instructions and ensure accurate site documentation.
