Lead the Operational Technology Security & Compliance team to manage patching, password and configuration management, logging, monitoring, and NERC CIP compliance. Oversee 24/7 operations, on-call schedules, system integrity checks, logging review, and implementation of OS patches and security procedures.

Support end-to-end data warehouse lifecycle: gather requirements, design systems and ETL (Teradata), develop, tune performance, document for SOX, provide production support and occasional on-call pager rotation.

Provide 24/7 SNOC support for servers, network devices, applications, databases, voice and energy management systems. Monitor alerts, troubleshoot Unix/Linux and Windows server configurations, perform basic database administration and batch scheduling, analyze network traffic, issue tickets and escalate incidents while supporting cross-functional teams during event resolution. Must cover 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
