Manage assigned client accounts for absence-management services by building customer relationships, addressing concerns, supporting implementation and post-implementation needs, and serving as a trusted advisor. The role coordinates with internal teams, resolves service issues, supports complex accounts, and identifies opportunities to retain, grow, and expand business. Candidates need customer relationship experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable remote-work capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Manages a portfolio of partnership customer accounts, focusing on satisfaction, retention, growth, service delivery, upselling, and relationship development. Provides end-user support for Genesys, Zoom, RightFax, and conferencing systems; manages telecommunications billing and reporting; supports change management and on-call operations. Requires strong Genesys Cloud expertise, telecom engineering experience, and occasional travel.

Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, validation, and success metrics. Use Claude and ChatGPT throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate research, requirements, prototyping, and analysis while applying sound judgment. Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and customers; lead AI adoption; and ensure accuracy, bias, and privacy safeguards for sensitive data.

Leads the enterprise data function, including strategy, platform modernization, analytics, data science, governance, architecture, and talent development. Oversees migration from Crystal Reports and Oracle to Databricks and Power BI, builds data connectivity and quality practices, establishes a data science function, develops internal expertise, and advises senior leadership on data-driven decisions.

Designs and owns CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, security gates, and observability across multiple application teams. Establishes shared DevSecOps standards, validates AI-generated pipelines and infrastructure, supports production operations and on-call response, and guides teams on secure, reliable software delivery. The role requires production experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, containers, serverless, infrastructure as code, modern programming languages, security automation, compliance, and application monitoring.

Own full-stack features end to end, including system design, implementation direction, testing, deployment, production operations, and incident response. Use agentic AI to generate code, tests, and reviews while validating quality and security. Build production APIs, data models, authentication, schemas, migrations, and scalable SQL. Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps, and apply secure coding practices. Bonus experience includes RAG, LLM evaluation and observability, or TypeScript frontend development.
